I imagine this retreat container will be like a portal, a sacred space of sisterhood and magical unfolding. I am honored to weave our stories and our dreams together, but also our insecurities and our inner criticisms. Through just the acknowledgment, we join together in communion recognizing the similarities in the essence of our experiences even when cloaked in different circumstances.

When women gather, we tend to our hearts and nourish our voices. We find palpable transformation through laughter and tears, through movement and rest. This is going to be powerful awakening aligned to a very auspicious time of year. They say the veil is the thinnest, and our intuition is the sharpest, we will certainly dance with our inner mystic. The Fall season embodies the wisdom of letting go to make way for the new, and with nature as our guide- that is what we shall do!

I want to guide you home- into your body to show up authentically, in your fullest expression.

Everyday, we will move through postures and poses to liberate and awaken but also to slow down and replenish. Through our daily practices, we will acknowledge what comes forward with gentleness and support your nervous system through this recalibration. I want to help you show up as the highest version of yourself in all areas of your life so that this journey creates a lasting imprint.

Imagine the fall breeze and cool air, forest walks, and sister talks, the sounds of the creek as we co-create a beautiful journey together, I am ready. Are you?
