Tiffany has completed her Doctorate of Acupuncture (2021), Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine + Herbology (2008), is an NSEV practitioner (2015), Usui Method Reiki Master (2009) and a Paramedical Aesthetician (2003). She is a physician, an educator, a mother, a sister, a friend. Each role bringing an enriched perspective of living in the heart, honoring each and every day as sacred.
It is through immersing herself in the ancient eastern wisdom that resonates deeply within her heart, Tiffany brings much love and gratitude in sharing her practice with others. It is her intention to honor each individual where they are in the moment, and create the most well rounded treatment for the highest potential of healing and transformation. Tiffany's ability to shape-shift through holistic aesthetics and eastern medicine creates an offering of spa services that are a beautiful blend of mind-body medicine. She also has extensive studies in aromatherapy, energy healing practices, chakra balancing, and sound healing.
In 2012, Tiffany opened the doors to her boutique style sanctuary Arohma Therapy in South Florida, where it has become a "wellness hub" for locals. Arohma Therapy offers a variety of organic spa services and workshops, as well as an herbal apothecary and crystal boutique.

With a passion for body work, Kadirah has been cultivating her massage practice since 2002. She received a Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in 2008. Kadirah's extensive studies coupled with a Mastership in Reiki creates an incredible medical and intuitive knowledge of the mind, body, spirit connection.
Kadirah resonates with practicing from the heart, creating a sacred space for each client. Every session is completely customized for the most advantageous outcome. A variety of techniques from medical body work to integrative energy work may be utilized.

Na’Imah has a passion for helping people feel their best through movement and mindfulness. She is currently pursuing her degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine to further assist her clients in a multi-disciplinary approach.

Dr. Lauren graduated from the University of Florida in 2012 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has 8+ years experience in general orthopedics in the greater Fort Lauderdale area and is a certified orthopedic manual therapist. Dr. Lauren has a passion for women's health and working to heal and empower prenatal and postpartum women. Dr. Lauren has training in pelvic floor through Herman & Wallace Institute and is a certified manual therapist through Ola Grimsby Institute. She is a mother of 2 little boys and has interesting pregnancy and birth stories of her own, including recovery from a cesarean and VBAC.
