Spa Policies

We are so grateful you have chosen Arohma Therapy as a place to unwind and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.  Our boutique style Sanctuary was created to bestow a warm and relaxing environment for all of our beloved guests. In honoring this ambiance, we kindly ask that you arrive timely for your session and silence your cell phone.

We ask new patients to arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paper work. If you should arrive late for your Acupuncture or Spa Ritual, we will be required to conclude at the original scheduled ending time to not interfere with the next booking.

Loose comfortable clothing is recommended for Acupuncture sessions. Coming straight from work or yoga? Don't worry! We have medical gowns, robes and cover ups accessible as needed..

Cancellations & No Shows

When booking an appointment, you are committing to a block of our Physician &/or Therapists time. We are compassionate to the fast pace of daily life and understand "things happen." We will do our best to re-accommodate your booking if a scheduling conflict should arise however we do ask for 24 hours notification. There will be a $25.00 fee if cancellations are within 24 hours and a no show will result in the full fee of the service booked. If a services was reserved utilizing a gift certificate or package, the service will be rendered as “complete” if a client does not show up for their booking.

Privacy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. No patient information is ever shared. We follow all Medical HIPAA regulations and always honor patient confidentiality. 

Purchasing Policies

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express for our services, classes and any product purchases. Payment is due at the time services and/or products are received. A $25.00 fee will be applied to all dishonored payments (returned checks or credit card payments). All prices are subject to change.

Gratuity is not included in your service price. You are not required to tip your Aesthetician or Massage therapist, but your generosity is greatly appreciated. Acupuncture is a medical service and tipping is not necessary.
